At Rachel Beeson Art, each original artwork is created with care and intention. Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original paintings, we aim to provide clear and fair policies for collectors.

 

Returns for Original Artworks
If you are not completely satisfied with your original artwork purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery confirmation. To be eligible for a return:

• The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

• The return must be initiated within 7 days, and the item must be shipped back within 14 days.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend insured and trackable shipping for your protection.

• A refund (minus original shipping) will be issued once the artwork is received and inspected.

 

Please note: We do not accept returns on artwork that has been damaged after arrival due to mishandling or accidents.

Non-Returnable Items
Currently, we do not offer digital products or prints. However, when these become available in the future, they will be classified as non-refundable due to their digital nature and instant accessibility. This policy will be updated at that time.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue—whether that’s a replacement (if applicable), store credit, or refund.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once the artwork has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
